I had the privilege of working with Joy, and grateful for the impact she had in my life. Joy was just that, always joyful. Everyday she brought good energy to those around her, rarely a down day. I'm better for having known her. Sending healing thoughts to her Family and Friends closest to her.

Joy was such a special gift to all of us but especially to Assurity and the Imaging Department. I will cherish all the time we had together especially the conversations about sports, Royals baseball and Nebraska Volleyball. I will forever appreciate her, "Can do" spirit at work. Over 43 years and she treated each day like it was her first day. It will be very hard going forward without her but just thinking about her every day will bring a smile to my face and light up the room. JD you were one awesome person and I loved every minute we had together.

Joy will be missed. I worked with her at Assurity. We were on the same bowling team for quite a few years. She was always great to talk to. We live in the same area of Lincoln, and I was just asking what she thought of the new high school that was going to be built out here.

My deepest sympathy to Joy's family. I was so sad to hear about her passing. I just spoke with her last Thursday at work. I also work at Assurity and first met Joy 17 years ago. She was such a wonderful person - so friendly and upbeat all the time. I will miss seeing her.
