Christine Edwards

Des Moines, IA

Shelli, Jeff and Girls, I want to express my sincerest sympathy to you. I know your pain as only a mother can. Dave understands Jeff's grief as only a father can. We loved Nathaniel very much. I always looked for his smiling face on my darkest days at Children's. I am so thankful to Nathaniel and Noah as they brought us together and we will forever be friends. I thank them both for that. Nathaniel and Noah are now in Heaven with no more tubes or pain and a whole functioning heart. They are playing patty cake and being normal little boys. We are praying for all of you. Girls, remember that you have a special angel all your own and he will always be watching over you. Caleb found 2 stars last night in the sky very close to each other. He said that now Noah was not alone for his best friend is by his side in Heaven. God Bless all of you, Your friends forever, The Edwards family

The Winchesters

Omaha, NE

It's a beautiful day up in heaven. Jesus is rounding up his tiniest angels, to go live on earth, and be born. One of the sweetest angel says to Jesus "I don't want to leave, I like it here, and I will miss you". He reassures the scared little angel that everything will be okay, and that he is just going for a visit. He is still not swayed on this idea. So Jesus kneels down, and says, "How about if you leave half of your heart here with me and take the other half with you, will that be okay?" The angel smiles and says, "I guess that will work". But the little angel is still a little scared. He asks, "Will I be okay with only half of my heart?" Jesus replies, "Of course you will, I have other angels there that will help out, and you will be fine." Then Jesus gives the angel more details about his plan. He says "When you are born, your mommy will be scared, so you have to be strong, and when you feel weak just remember that I have the other half of your heart". "Enjoy your time with your family, play and laugh everyday." "And when its time to come back to heaven, I will make your heart whole again. Always remember that you are not broken, just torn between two loves." No words I can say will make the pain go away, I loved Nathaniel and always will. He made a huge difference in my life....because of him we became friends and I am forever thankful. My heart aches along with yours and I hope you know he will never be forgotten. Thank you for sharing him with me and letting me get to know the beautiful boy that he was and he will forever live in my heart.

Dear Miller Family, During these hard times, please know that you and your family are in my prayers daily. Nathaniel is a glorious angel now watching over all of you. I'm sure he is telling the Lord to take your pain away and to let you know that he is happy and no longer sick. I know nothing I could say could take your pain away, but please know that I am lifting you up to the Lord daily. We love you all. Chastin, Stephen, Jaden & Jordyn Schmeichel
