Shelli, Jeff and family, So sorry to hear of Nathaniel's death. I don't have any other words to say, except that you are exceptional parents. Be comforted in the fact that God knew what was best for Nathaniel and has taken him to a perfect place. I know that doesn't take away the hurt, but Nathaniel is perfect now and will be waiting for all of you to join him some day whenever God decides that will be. We who are left have a difficult time understanding God's plan because sometimes it seems so unfair. You are a strong family and I pray that God will have his arms around all of you to see you through this painful time. Take comfort in the memories that you have of Nathaniel's short life here on earth and know that he has no more pain. His smile is precious. My deepest sympathy to all of you. Jolene

Dear Miller family, I don't know what to say...Nate was an amazing little guy. His smile made you want to smile. I am so sorry for all the pain you are going through. I have always admired your strength, kindness and willingness to be there for other families at Children's--I only hope that one day I can be as good of a parent as the both of you are. God Bless your family always. I am sure little Nate is smiling down on all of us. Regina Goeller

Our sincerest condolences for your loss. It's not fair that parents should outlive their children...to see them grow and prosper is such a gift. May you find comfort in your friends, your family, and in the knowledge that Nathaniel is with Jesus. May God watch over you and your family in your time of sorrow.

Dear Shelley, Jeff, Emma, and Izzy, Words do not come easy when things like this happen. Just know you gave Nathaniel the best life he could ever have. He had so much love and care. He can now be that same happy beautiful little boy in heaven. He will always be with you in your heart. I believe those that leave us are always our guardian angels. I have had so many experiences with that. I know Steve is always there for me, and my kids. I will pray for you all and send you love and and my deepest sympathy at this time. Please take care of yourselves. Much love, Debbie Brooks
