James David Winter, 67, of York, Nebraska, passed away on July 4th, 2021 after a long battle with cancer.

James was predeceased by his wife Joanne and father James L. Winter. He is survived by his mother Delores J. Doty, and siblings Deb Bonow, Bob, Lynnette, and Pat Winter, and his two sons James and Phil Winter.

James (nickname Monster) lived his life to the fullest, enjoyed spending time outdoors, riding his motorcycle, and helping support his wife with animal rescue. His contagious energy and love of life will be greatly missed by his family and friends

As 'Monster' would say, "If I don't see you in the future, I'll see you in the pasture".

In lieu of flowers or donations, we ask that you take a moment to hug your loved ones or walk in the woods for a moment, an hour, or a day. Time waits for no one.

Private services will be held.
