Bonnie Mae (Beliveau) Hartmann, 71, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018, at her home in Hooper, Neb.

She was born Sep. 1, 1946, in Willmar, MN, to Fred and Hazel Beliveau.

Bonnie attended Willmar High School. She met Lloyd Hartmann of Hooper, NE, when he was based out of Redwood Falls, MN, and working for Supersweet Feeds. They married in June 17, 1967, in Hooper. Lloyd and Bonnie took up residence in Redwood Falls, MN, where they purchased their first home. They had three children: Perry, Steve and Amy. Bonnie kept busy raising three young children and working at Robert Milton Home.
In 1975, the family relocated to Pierre, S.D., when Lloyd took a job as a sales manager for Funk's Seed International. When Marsh Farm Supply in Hooper came up for sale, Lloyd and Bonnie purchased the business in 1979, renaming it Hartmann Farm Service, and moved to Hooper, where their children attended school and graduated from Logan View High School. They eventually sold the business.

Bonnie was baptized and confirmed into the Catholic church in Willmar. After moving to Hooper, she belonged to Zion Lutheran Church in Hooper, which became a part of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
She worked in secretarial roles for Hartmann Farm Service and Farmers Mutual in Hooper, and belonged to the Elkhorn Valley Golf Club and the American Legion Post #18 Auxiliary.
Bonnie enjoyed golfing, reading, watching the Huskers, camping, going to the lake, traveling to see friends, and having coffee with her girlfriends, but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her brother, James (Jean) Beliveau, three children, Perry (Kathy) Hartmann, Steve (Stacey) Hartmann, and Amy (Joe) Grof; eight grandchildren Ashley (Jeff) Grof Holt, Alika Hartmann, Anlis (Mitch) Nelson, Bret (Ali) Grof, Keenan Hartmann, Darian Grof, Delaney Hartmann and Teagan Hartmann; and five great grandchildren Lexyn Grof, Hadley Holt, Rylan Despres, Aria Nelson and Nash Nelson.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Hartmann, who passed in 2016, and her parents, Fred and Hazel Beliveau.
