Our Lord's resurrection gives us the greatest hope. This weekend we celebrate this greatest of Bible events, the resurrection of Jesus, following that Good Friday on which He paid the full price for all our sins by His death. As you remember LaVaughn's life in body and spirit, graciously given to her by God, and a blessing to you for many years, may your times of sadness be eased by the words of Jesus, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live even though (she) dies, and whoever believes in Me will never die." John 11:25 Jesus' empty tomb is our empty tomb. By faith, we, and especially now for LaVaughn, know that we will dwell, soul and risen body, in the house of the Lord forever. We pray God's pace and joy in His promises in Jesus for you all.
