Ruby was my dear friend. I have so many great memories of her in high school and when we went to school in Washington state. I was able to visit her a couple times in the last few years and enjoyed remembering the fun times that we had. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Friday, February 27, 2009 |

The tribute to your Mom is that she was also one of the GREATEST GENERATION that is now gone but not forgotten, just like your Dad! They were a great couple together and they would help anyone in need. I remember the humor that your Mom had. She would always like a good laugh. She and your Dad were the best!
As the pastor had said at my Mom's funeral,There must be a GNOME in all You Danes and Scandinavians that make you enjoy LIFE so well.
I am sorry for your loss, and regret that I will not be able to be with you in Fremont.
It was an Honor to be a pallbearer for your Dad and I wish I could be there at your Mom's service. Our thoughts and prayers are with you

Ruby,
You and Les have always been in my heart since the day we met. There have been many fond memories over the past 34 years. I can only imagine the lives you have touched in your lifetime as you have touched mine. I have been truly blessed to have been a part of your family. To Judy, Lana, Kathy and their families, please know how much I loved your parents. My comfort is knowing that Ruby is in now in Heaven and I can only imagine the glorious reunion she had with your dad. Thank you all for being my extended family.
I love you all very much,
Doug
