I was saddened to learn just today of Jim's passing. Most sincere condolences from Beverly, Linda and I to Christy and Jack and grandsons Collin, Caleb, Josef and Jackson. Well, I think I could write a book about my adventures with Jim. Canada certainly will never be the same without him. We had some pretty unforgettable times in Las Vegas with Jim and Lynn as well. Both Jim and Lynn will be deeply missed but warmly remembered by all of us here in Canada. Friday, May 8, 2020 |

I was just told of your Dad's passing and I wish I could offer more to you, Christy and Jack, than my condolences ! Jim was the epidemy of the brilliant and successful entrepreneur and businessman. If you look up capitalist in the dictionary you'll finds Jim's picture! He was my business mentor and I recall his teachings almost daily. He will be missed and never replaced! Christy and Family. I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your father. I did not have the pleasure of knowing him but I am sure he was a wonderful man just by knowing the type of person you are. I hope you and your family find comfort in your memories of him. Friday, December 27, 2019 |

We are so saddened to hear of Jim's passing. Wendell enjoyed working with and for Jim for these last years of buying cattle. But really looked forward to the visits to his home for get together, which they called meetings. I said, yep sure, meetings. We will cherish our memories and be sad not to see Jim this coming February as usual. But we are pretty sure he will be missed terribly by so many family and friends. Sincerely Wendell and Linda Vigen Wednesday, December 25, 2019 |
