died late Saturday night (Jan. 23, 2016) in Premier Estates (Arbor Manor), Fremont.
Sharon was born to Oliver and Thelma (Langhoff) Knight on April 29, 1939 in her grandmothers' house in Creston, Nebraska. Her family lived in Leigh, Nebraska where she grew up and graduated from high school in 1956. Then she attended Midland College in Fremont and began working for Hansen Auditing in Fremont.
On April 24, 1960, Sharon was married to Eugene Larsen. They lived in Fremont until 1967 when they moved out to the Larsen farm northwest of Fremont.
Sharon was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

The funeral service will be 10:30 AM Thursday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (Lincoln & Military Streets) with Rev. Glenn Meyer. The committal will follow in Memorial Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to her church and Low Income Ministry. Visitation at Ludvigsen Mortuary will be Wednesday, 3 to 8 PM, with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 PM.
