I knew Val personally as a co-worker at Noll Human Resource Services for the short time I was there. However short the time was, she made for the warmest welcome there. A genuinely kind and caring person and co-worker, Val made work interesting. Truly will be missing her and know she is now in the place where there is peace everlasting.

Knew Val most of my life. She and Dave married 3 months before Cheryl and I in 1978. With Josh and Kate, they pulled into our driveway, purely by coincidence, in 1981 on the first day we moved to Lincoln. Don't know the details of your passing, but I'm sure my brother Pud was there to greet you in heaven with a warm Fremont welcome. Respectfully-Kup

I'm so sorry to hear of Valerie's passing. My prayers are with her family. I knew her in high school as a kind, bubbly lady.

I'm deeply saddened to hear of Val's passing. Though her and I haven't been in touch for several years there was a time when we were very close. She was one of the few genuinely good people I have ever known, and the world was made a better place by her presence in it. My and my family's hearts go out to her father Virgil, and Kate and Josh, her children. We will all miss her terribly.
  5. Jessica Sullivan
I was so blessed to have known Valerie for the years that I did. She was among the kindest, most loving souls on this earth. I cannot begin to express my sympathy for Kate, Josh, Virgil and the rest of her family. Valerie was one of the best people I have ever had the privilege of getting to know; I have thought of her fondly, and often over the years. May God wrap his loving arms around her family during this impossible time.

Sending all my love and prayers,
    Jessi

Heaven received another angel to sing in the choir. I met Val down at Redneck's when we were both taking line dancing lessons. We had such fun. My grandson and I saw her in plays and we both loved her voice. Val, I'll also remember the dinners we had together and the dancing. Bless you.

Val was one of the sweetest souls I have ever met on the face of this earth. She always had a sunny disposition, and would light up a room with her smile and laugh. I worked with Val for years and always looked up to her for having such a postive attitude and for just being a nice person. It breaks my heart for what she had to endure over the years, but she did it with such style and grace. Val, you were a wonderful person and will be very missed!

Val, you always had a smile on your face and never showed your pain. You are such a upbeat woman and I know your Grandchildren will miss you dearly. Thank you for being such a wonderful Mother to Kate and Josh they love you so much and they know now you are singing in heaven with your beautiful voice with all the angels.

So sorry to lose Val. I had the privilege of singing in the choir with her at Peace and she was such a delight - a beautiful person inside and outside. She will be missed but heaven has just gained a wonderful singer and actress. God's blessings to her family.

Val was one of my favorite grade school friends! She was so fun, funny, expressive, and always had a big smile. I've thought of her many times over the years, and connected with her a couple years back. She continues to shine in spite of adversity, and God is getting a very special angel! You are missed by everyone whose path you crossed. Continue to shine - we love YOU!!

I am at a loss for words to express my sadness for you and Josh. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your mom. I had the blessed opportunity of knowing your mom and I know heaven just received one of the most special angels. Please know that if there's something I can do to somwhow lessen the pain you feel in your hearts, I will be there.
