David was not only my boss for nearly two decades, but was also like a father to me after mine passed. I learned so much from David - to push my creative limits and to never be afraid to make a mistake trying. He made work fun and I will miss sharing lots of laughs with him. Thank you, David not only for all that you have done for me and my family, but also for the Fremont community. You will be sorely missed.

Dave was always a person that was a mentor and always had a positive attitude towards me when I was in the real estate / auction profession. I am thankful that he was a part of it and touched my life.

I will always remember Dave as a kind, giving man. He loved Fremont and more importantly loved his family! He would always stop and say Hi when we ran into each other. He had a great sense of humor and a beautiful smile to go with it. Dave will be missed!!
