Jim and Linda Bergler

MI

Linda and I enjoyed Mr. and Mrs. Erickson's hospitality on our way through town one Christmas and have enjoyed seeing them on their visits to Michigan. We love the Erickson family and pray for God's grace and comfort to be with you all as you celebrate your Mom and Grandma's life.

Cathy and I will miss Sharon very much, we loved her with all of our heart. I actually remember being the ringbearer in Dan and Sharon's wedding 60+ years ago.
All the vacations we took together as families when we 'take over' a resort in the Ozarks or Bull Shoals with our 6 family 'boating gang'. Those are some of the best memories from my childhood.
In the last several years meeting with Dean and Sharon for tacos and a beer were very special to Cathy and I also.
We love and miss you very much!

Sharon was a second mom to me after losing my parents and even before that. We talked every month and I told her all about the things in my life just like she was my mom. I loved her from the minute my Uncle Dean introduced her to us and followed in her footsteps to be a nurse and named my oldest daughter after her. I have wonderful memories of days on the boat, vacations to the Lake of the Ozarks and Bull Shoals, playing cards at the dining room table and in general laughing with this wonderful women. I am heartbroken but know that she is with God and out of pain. It does not diminish the pain for all of us especially Greg, Chris and all 9 granddaughters, but we were all lucky to have her in our lives. Bless you all as we grieve this tremendous loss.

Erickson family,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Sharon. I remember her as a smart, talented & energetic lady. We first met 40 years ago when our son went to Dr Waring's office weekly for allergy shots. She was a kind nurse. She remembered us decades later when she & I met up at the Y for water class.
She shared about her family & excitement of grandkids.
I know you must have numerous memories to share to help you smile.
Sincerely,
Eileen & Bob Thornburg
