My sympathies to the Emmerich family, I worked for Paul at Great Plains Communications, he was very knowledgeable and I learned so much from him. I will especially remember our morning coffee breaks at McDonalds, we solved all the issues in the world on our short breaks. You were a very special friend, and I will remember you always. Rest in Peace Paul.

Paul once told me "I'm just a nerd".. far from it, was the kindest, sweetest person I've ever known. Tim, loved your folks and lost touch after we both retired. My sympathy to you and all of your families. Would love to visit with you sometime.

So sorry to hear about Paul. I have many fond memories while working with him at Great Plains; he and Russ C were the two guys who got me involved with Kiwanis. He was one of the nicest guys I have known and you can be very proud that you were able to spend so many wonderful years as a family. My thoughts and prayers are sincerely with you. Connie

Paul was a highly respected member of our church in Blair. In addition to all he did in the greater community, he was an outstanding member of the church, helping establish a website, taking many pictures, providing a contemporary history of the faith community. My sincerest condolences to the entire surviving family.
